What changes

Initial hero generation opens; evaluate roles before committing limited mythic shards.

The opening generation provides a baseline. Later generations add alternatives; mythic status alone does not guarantee a rally upgrade.

GRT preparation checklist

Build a basic infantry, cavalry and archer lineup; prioritize gear that remains transferable in value.
